Everything you need to know on our delivery and returns!
HOW LONG BEFORE THEY ARRIVE?
Most of our curtains are made to order, or can be altered to fit, so making times vary. As a guide:
Express Curtains: 1-3 working days
Made to Measure Curtains: 6-14 working days
This does vary depending on the product and details can be found on each of the product pages.
(Details of the making and dispatch times can be found on the product page. As these are working days these exclude weekends and bank holidays.)
(as we do our best to complete all orders as quickly as possible, it may even be quicker!)
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Readymade items and orders that have not already been cut or dispatched can be cancelled. We are always happy to check an orders progress for you and you can request a cancellation here

There is no Surcharge for orders over £300 |

RETURNS
We have a no-quibble returns policy and will happily take back any item that has not been custom made, or customised.
Please contact us so that we can advise which address the item should be sent to.
- Returns need to be posted back to us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Returns must be in perfect condition so they can be resold, including packaging.
- We recommend using a tracked service.
- We are happy to offer advice on posting tracks and poles as they can be expensive to post.
