Clarke & Clarke Mitton Daisy Linen Blend Tape Top Cafe Curtain M2M

A dainty daisy embroidery on a linen sheer, inspired by the gardens of Mitton Manor — a Victorian manor house in the English countryside. The pattern is small-scale and subtle, giving a lovely vintage feel without being busy, and both colourways come in soft neutrals that work with just about any scheme. If you're layering curtains across the collection, Mitton is one of the easiest to pair. Café curtains cover the lower half of your window only — so you get proper privacy at eye level, while light streams in above. It's that classic Parisian café look, and it's perfect for kitchens and bathrooms. Tape top heading: this version is sewn with gathering tape, pulled up to give a soft, pleated header. It hangs on hooks into curtain rings onto a slim cafe rod, and unlike a slot top it draws smoothly along the pole — handy if you'll be opening and closing it often. Made to measure: every curtain is sewn to your exact width and drop, so it fits your window properly first time. We've been making sheer curtains for years — if you'd like advice on measuring, headings or colours, just get in touch. Help and styling tips are always free.

Clarke & Clarke Corrado Linen Blend Slot Top Cafe Curtain M2M

Café curtains offer the perfect balance of privacy to the lower half of the window while allowing natural light to stream in above, evoking the effortless charm of a Parisian café. Handmade in Hampshire using Clarke & Clarke “Corrado” linen voile, this bespoke design feels light, elegant and beautifully understated. Combining the relaxed texture of natural linen with the graceful drape and durability of polyester, Corrado creates a soft, refined finish with an airy sense of ease. Its subtle embroidered vertical stripe gives a quiet nod to nostalgic seaside escapes and heritage ticking fabrics, bringing depth, movement and timeless character to the window. Woven from 45% linen, 40% polyester and 15% viscose, the voile filters light beautifully while maintaining gentle privacy. Tailored to order with a designer-led approach, this café curtain is perfectly suited to kitchens, garden rooms and relaxed living spaces seeking effortless softness and understated sophistication.
