We are 100% against spam emails and people unlawfully sharing information. You can rest assured that all information you provide us with (order info, newsletter sign up, contact details) will be treated with the strictest of confidence.
Sizes
All sizes on this site are approximate due to the nature of fabrics. However all sizes should be accurate within 25mm.
Accurate information
We endeavour to keep the details and information on our site as up-to-date and accurate as possible. However from time to time their may be changes in stock levels or changes in manufacturing techniques that may not be exactly as described on our site. We will do everything possible to keep our site accurate.
Ordering online
With internet orders we never have access to your credit/debit card information. As payment is taken through PayPal or Google Checkout you can rest assured that your details are as save as possible. Ordering over the phone
When ordering over the phone we will ask for your payment information. These details will not be kept for longer than necessary and will be destroyed once payment has been taken.
Unavailable orders
Rarely we may take payment in good faith and later find out we are not able to fulfil the order due to manufacturing or stock issues. If this occurs you will be issued a full refund as soon as possible.
Returns
If you are not happy with your order we will do everything possible to rectify the situation. We cannot except returns due to personal taste or mistakes with incorrect sizes on any made to measure or cut to order items. - Read our full returns policy.
